Job Description: IT Support 3rd level (German Speaking)

Location: Prishtina

About the job: 

We are seeking a skilled and experienced German speaking IT Support. You will be responsible for user inquiries, resolve technical issues, including 3rd level support, and maintain the overall functionality of IT infrastructure. The responsibilities typically include diagnosing and resolving software and hardware problems, installing and configuring computer systems, educating users on technology usage, and documenting support procedures. 

Responsibilities:

• Responding to customers over the phone, chat, or via e-mail using our ticketing system.  
• 
  Solving deep issues including 3rd level Support
•  
• Providing technical support, answering questions, and troubleshooting any issues.  
   
• Resolving logged errors in a timely manner.  
   
• Monitoring hardware, software, and system performance metrics.  
   
• Updating computer software. as well as upgrading hardware and systems.  
   
• Maintaining databases and ensuring system security.  
   
• Documenting processes and performing diagnostic tests.  
   
• Follow up with customers to ensure that problem is solved.  
•  

Requirements:

• Minimum two years of experience as an IT Support or in a similar field.  
•  
• Very good IT skills, especially in IT networks.  
•  
• Experience in dealing with MS Windows domains (Active Directory, Exchange, SQL, etc.).  
•  
• Experience in dealing with IT networks (Firewalls, Routers, Antivirus, NetScaler, Routing. Systems, etc.).
   
• Good knowledge German (spoken and written).  
•
